The City of Electric City is seeking letters of interest from individuals willing to serve on the City Park Advisory Committee. The advisory committee will review, assess and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the development of a city Park. You must be a resident of the city to apply for this position. Description of Proposal: The Town of Nespelem to adopt Capital Facilities Plan (CFP).
Lead Agency: Town of Nespelem, Washington.
Location of Proposal: Town of Nespelem, 330 9th Street, Nespelem, WA 99155.
The Town of Nespelem has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030. We have reviewed the attached Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
X This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from July 13, 2022. Comments must be submitted by 5 p.m., July 27, 2022.
