Raiders get by Manson with two points

The Raiders defeated the Trojans in Manson on Oct. 7, squeezing by with just two points 14-12.

The Raiders now have a 5-1 win-loss record. 

Raider Chase Clark ran six yards for a touchdown to put Lake Roosevelt up 6-0. 

But Manson took the lead with two touchdown runs by Angel Lopez, who put Manson up 12-6 at the half. 

In the second half, Raider Chase Marchand caught a three-yard touchdown pass from Brit Egbert, who then ran the crucial two-point conversion to put LR up 14-12.

Their next game is scheduled for Oct. 14 against league-leading, 6-0 Okanogan in Coulee Dam at 7 p.m.
