Ice sculpting dam

With temperatures near 0 last Thursday, two leaks on one drum gate on top of Grand Coulee Dam build ice formations as they spray. Ice built up on much of the dam during recent frigid weather but was crashing to the river below on Monday when temperatures were in the high 30s.
