What should the next school leader be like?

With the announcement last month of the school district superintendent’s coming retirement, the Grand Coulee Dam School District is seeking public comments on what attribute’s they should look for in replacing him.

The home page of the Grand Coulee Dam School District website at gcdsd.org contains a link to a survey with 10 questions.

“Your responses to the following questions will assist the Grand Coulee Dam School District Board of Directors and Northwest Leadership Associates develop the position description and leadership profile that will guide the selection of the next superintendent,” the site states.
