It's a girl for Armstrong/Orsen

Elizabeth Armstrong and Aren Orsen of Electric City, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Josephine Louise Orsen on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 7 lbs., and was 19-1/2 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Biscuit and Chippers. Maternal grandparents are Diana Armstrong and Edward Armstrong. Paternal grandparents are Mark and Sheila (stepmom) Orsen and Karna and Steve (stepdad)) McKinney.
