It's a girl for the Louders

Wanda and Andrew Louder are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Ruby Gene Louder on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 5 lbs., 15 oz., and was 18 inches in length at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Tara Teeples of Atwater and Manny Cardenas of San Jose. Paternal grandparents are Juana Ortega of Chula Vista and Matthew and Jana Louder of Boulevard. Great-grandparents are Ruth and Gene Hancock and Rachel and Ken Louder
