To cap it all off...

Retiring superintendent Paul Turner models a cap given him by the Grand Coulee Dam School District Board of Directors at Turner's final meeting June 26. Turner has served as superintendent since 2016 after a year as assistant principal. His tenure has not been without controversy, and the words on the cap reference a derogatory remark made in a letter to the editor.
