Tana Louise (Walker) Bonzon

Sadly, Tana Bonzon passed away on August 15, 2023 in Gray Summit, MO. Tana was born on January 10, 1944 in Coulee Dam, WA to Willis and Dorothy Walker. On her arrival home from the hospital, she joined her older sister Terri. After Bill and Dorothy divorced, Bill married Olga Bingham who brought her two daughters, Jeraldine and Deanna, to the family. The four sisters had a special bond. Tana spent her childhood and school years in Coulee Dam and graduated in 1962.

Tana married Dennis Bonzon on January 23, 1965. Together they had three daughters, LeAnne, Candy and Tara. After their divorce Tana and the girls moved to the Seattle area where she worked several jobs and raised the girls as a single mother. After she retired she moved back and forth from Seattle to Spokane to Oregon. In 2021 Tana moved to Missouri to be closer to her daughter Tara.

Tana was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Candy in 1997, sister Terri Siau, brother-in-law Herm Caviness and niece Stacy Williams.

She is survived by daughters LeAnne Bonzon, Seattle, WA; Roni

(Wes) Shaw, Grande Ronde, OR and Tara (Kent) Rollins, Gray Summit, MO; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; sisters Jeraldine Caviness and Deanna (Rod) Ladwig both of Spokane, WA; brother Kim (Debby) Clark, Electrica City, WA and numerous nephews and nieces.
