Our beloved mom, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend passed quickly and unexpectedly into the arms of Jesus at her home January 2024.
To know her you knew the joy, hope and brightness of her faith. She saw God's goodness in all situations and circumstances and brought uplifting encouragement to all she met and knew. She had endless energy, interest and concern for others; serving tirelessly and humbly as a good and faithful servant.
Hallie was born March 24,1949 in Sedalia Missouri to parents Bud and Blanche Rains. She is survived by her son Wes R. Durfey and daughter-in-law Katie, granddaughter Jade Durfey, siblings: Buddy Rains, Mary Ann Mattson, Rocky Rains, Laurie Warren their spouses, their families, treasured nephews Nate, Noah, Weston and many cousins and their families
Hallie was predeceased by her husband Jim Anderson.They lived and served in business, friendships and so much more together along their journey in Nespelem, Coulee Dam and throughout Grant, Douglas, Okanogan Counties and beyond.
Buried next to Jim at Riverside Cemetery Riverside WAashington, memorial services will be at a later date, yet to be announced, to enable family members and friends to travel and assemble.
