4/9 - A burglary related report originating from Electric Boulevard was filed with no additional details. 

- It appeared someone had smoked something in the lobby of the post office in Coulee Dam. A burnt item and empty prescription bottle with an unreadable label were found in the trash. Police told the reporting party to simply take the trash out to the dumpster.

- A woman said she had loaned a vehicle to a man over a year ago but he had not returned it. An officer located the vehicle at the casino, where the man said the vehicle was his because he did some work for the woman; however the vehicle is registered to her, and the man had no paperwork to prove otherwise. At first, he wasn’t going to give the key to the officer, but when told he’d be arrested otherwise, he gave the key to the officer and was allowed to collect his belongings from the vehicle.

4/10 - Three vehicles were parked illegally near 6th Street and Cedar Street in Coulee Dam. The casino made an announcement that the vehicles would be towed. Two of the owners moved their vehicles. The third was going to be towed, but the owner arrived at her car before the tow truck arrived. She was told she would need to pay the tow company to not have the vehicle towed, which she did.

4/11 - A vehicle was disabled in the roadway near River Drive and Roosevelt Way with some kind of mechanical problem with a passenger side tire. The driver had arranged for a friend to help move the vehicle by loading it onto a trailer. Police stood by with emergency lights on until the vehicle was moved.

- A juvenile boy had allegedly threatened to beat another boy’s grandfather with a baseball bat because he thought the grandfather had reported him for a previous investigation. Police told the reporting party the grandfather would have to press charges for the case to be pursued. Police were contacted by the grandfather.

- A report was filed for a verbal disturbance at Harvest Foods. No additional details were included in the report.

4/12 - A woman was reportedly displaying odd behavior and wandering around, then confronting a man on his Coulee Boulevard lawn asking which dogs were barking at her. She was later seen on Kelso Avenue with mail in her hand. Police saw pictures of the woman and recognized her to be a Kelso Avenue resident. Police remained in the area for a time but never made contact with her. It appeared no crime had been committed.

- A package containing about $80 worth of products from Sephora was stolen off of a Birch Street porch. Casino footage showed a small white Toyota car pull up and an unidentifiable person take the package. There wasn’t any way to identify the person.

- An overdose victim near milepost 30 on SR-155 regained consciousness after being given Narcan. Tribal police took over the case and the person was taken to the hospital.

4/13 - Police responded to Miller Avenue, where a man had died inside his trailer. There were no signs of foul play. Based on medications in the residence, police surmised that the man had suffered from medical conditions. The coroner took over the scene. 

- An officer assisted Grand Coulee Police and the funeral home with the removal of a deceased person from a Continental Heights residence.

4/14 - A report related to burglary on Kelso Avenue was filed with no additional details included in the report.

- People were reportedly shooting guns at the wrong location near a popular spot to shoot on Osborn Bay. Police saw people shooting at a rock wall backdrop and instructed them to shoot towards a sandhill.

- A man walking barefoot on SR-174 near milepost 18 (about three miles from the Four Corners intersection) declined any assistance from officers and continued walking into Douglas County. He had a gallon of water with him.
