Theresa Ann "Terry" Alling

Theresa Ann "Terry" Alling, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Terry was born in Coulee Dam, Washington to Fern and Jim Gorman.

Terry Graduated from Grand Coulee High School in 1971, where she was a cheerleader and also on the National Honor Society. She married Steve Alling on June 5, 1971 and started a family. She went back to school in 1978 to become a dental assistant. She enjoyed her career until retirement in 2015.

Over the course of many years, she lived in Grand Coulee, Mattawa, Spokane, Ellensburg and finally Ione, Washington.

Terry enjoyed planting flowers, playing at the casino, cheering on the Seahawks (Go Hawks!) and most of all spending time with her family.

Terry is survived by her husband, Steve Alling, her son Patrick Alling (Jaime) and her daughter Tiffany Conner (Josh), her brother John Gorman (Andrea), her grandsons Tyler Alling (Desiree), Chase Alling (Talea), Jude Conner, Caden Conner, Cooper Crissler, Gio Alling, Ben Alling, her granddaughters Erin Heinrich (Keith), Tyler-Ann Moore, Sienna Alling, great granddaughters Lily Alling, Mabel Alling, great grandsons JD Alling and Harrison Alling and Oliver Heinrich. She is survived by many life-long friends. some of whom she considered sisters.

Terry was preceded in death by her father, Jim Gorman, and her mother, Fern Gorman, brothers Robert Gorman and Pete Gorman.
