6/17 - Police went to the area of River Drive and Elmer City Access Road to check on a female said to be sitting on the side of the road, but didn’t see her upon searching the area.

6/19-6/22 - Reports were filed for separate incidents including a citizen assist on Goodfellow Avenue in Electric City; assisting with a case related to burglary/unlawful entry at the former Center School in Grand Coulee; a family fight situation on Diamond Street; a traffic offense in Electric City; and a verbal disturbance at the bar in Electric City. Details on the incidents were not included in the reports.

6/22 - A vehicle was pulled over near milepost 22 on SR-155 in Electric City. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license. He said he didn’t know his license was suspended. The female passenger said she was licensed. Police checked her license and found that she was the restrained person in a protection order, and the driver was the protected person. She was taken to Grant County Jail for the order violation.

6/25 - While an officer was checking on the wellbeing of someone on Columbia Avenue at the request of someone else, the person in question showed up in a vehicle and said she was fine. She said she would talk to the person concerned about her.

6/26 - A Honda Civic on Columbia Avenue with tabs that expired in 2011 was impounded. It had been towed to the area with a rope and, missing a front tire, had left drag marks on the road from being towed there.

6/27 - A Coulee Dam officer assisted a Grand Coulee officer in responding to a residential burglary alarm that was activated on B Street in Grand Coulee. No burglary had taken place.

- An officer responded to an alarm at the Electric City public works building on Grand Avenue and found the building to be secure.

- Police went to Fir Street where a man and woman had been arguing. Police stood by the two and spoke to them until a tribal officer arrived to handle the case as both parties are enrolled tribal members.

6/28 - A report was filed for a vehicle prowl on Miller Avenue in Electric City, with no further details included in the report.

6/29 - One driver was ticketed for going 47 mph in the 35 zone on Coulee Boulevard near State Street in Electric City. Another was ticketed for going 55 in the same area.

- A white pickup with a broken windshield and missing the passenger rear view mirror was reported as speeding through Coulee Playland and throwing a water balloon at a woman who was signaling towards the truck for it to slow down. She wasn’t hit by the balloon and didn’t wish to press charges. Later police found the suspect vehicle in Grand Coulee in connection to a separate case and spoke to a man and woman who admitted to throwing water balloons but denied speeding. The officer told them to act their age.

- A woman reported seeing two people running through her back yard as caught on a security camera. Police checked the area and didn’t see anyone. She later contacted police and said she’d like two people banned from her property whom she believed had run through her yard. 

6/30 - A report of threats at the tavern in Electric City was filed with no further information included in the report.

- A complaint was made regarding noise in the Douglas Avenue area.

- Police learned of an overdose at Cole Park, above the credit union in Coulee Dam. Police spoke to a man there who had already spoken to emergency medical personnel. He was told to leave the park.

- Police were unable to hear or locate an active alarm reported in the Central Drive area.

- Reports were filed for separate incidents, including an “unknown problem” at the Northrup Point boat launch and for a suspicious person report on River Drive. No further details were included in those reports.
