Big project begins

A Granite construction crew works on patching up the worst spots on Coulee Dam's Stevens Avenue at Douglas Avenue Tuesday. Crews are also working on the $1.9 million, multi-city, combined project in Grand Coulee and Electric City, where they started sealing cracks in the blacktop Monday.
