10/6 - A state parks ranger requested an officer respond to SR-155 in the Electric City area where a woman in a disabled vehicle had claimed to have escaped from someone holding her against her will. She didn’t wish to provide any further details. Police stood by while she put gas in her vehicle and was able to drive off.

- Police collected evidence of a man violating a no-contact court order with a woman. The evidence included letters left on the doorstep of a contact of the woman and a social media message. The letters acknowledged violating the no-contact order including that the woman had recently stayed with the man. The case was forwarded to the Grant County Prosecutor’s Office for charges of multiple violations of the order.

10/7 - Police responded to a vehicle parked along a yellow painted curb near the bridge possibly creating a blockage for traffic. A tow company was called to remove the vehicle. The owner then came and through a language barrier it was communicated that he had arranged for a friend to remove the vehicle, and it was then towed by a hatchback vehicle to the casino using a tow strap. The officer called the tow company and told someone they were no longer needed and apologized for the inconvenience. The person became upset, saying the officer was supposed to hold the vehicle for them. The officer attempted to explain the language barrier in the situation, but the person hung up on him.

- A Coulee Dam officer and a Grand Coulee officer responded to the casino where a man was overdosing in the bathroom. The officers administered three doses of Narcan to revive the man who remained unresponsive but still breathing. Emergency medical services workers arrived and then the man became responsive. The case was handed to tribal police upon their arrival.

10/8 - Police assisted a medical crew in loading a patient into an ambulance on Williams Street in Elmer City.

- A woman was cited for driving with a suspended license and expired registration. She had been pulled over for going 27 miles per hour in the 20-mph school zone on River Drive near the football field. A licensed driver was contacted to take control of the vehicle.

10/9 - Police went to apartments on Hill Avenue in Grand Coulee at the request of the Grant County Sheriff’s Office who had received a report of an argument. There wasn’t a Grand Coulee officer available. Police spoke to a woman who explained she had argued with her boyfriend but that no crime had taken place. No crime was committed.

10/10 - Police had no legal reason to stop a vehicle that was reported as possibly being driven by someone under the influence. An officer followed the vehicle from Grand Coulee to the causeway in Electric City and saw no issues with the driving.

- Police responded to a vehicle fire on SR-174 and performed traffic control for firefighters before leaving to let the Washington State Patrol handle the rest of the situation.

10/11 - Police administered Narcan to a man slumped over and unresponsive in his vehicle on River Drive. Police were informed the man suffered from seizures. Grand Coulee emergency medical technicians treated the man further. Relatives gave him a ride home.

- Reports without further details on situations included one related to a family fight on Burdin Boulevard in Grand Coulee, and one for damage/mischief/vandalism at the High Dam Tavern, also in Grand Coulee. 

10/12 - An employee accidentally set off the alarm at the gas station in Coulee Dam.

- A man was cited for driving with a suspended license and without a required interlock ignition device after being pulled over near Coulee Boulevard and Jackson Avenue. The officer pulled him over after watching him driving over the fog line for a time.
