10/22 - An officer went to Burdin Boulevard where an intoxicated man had been yelling and screaming behind the residence. The man had passed out in his bedroom and was woken up by his mother but was too intoxicated to communicate. Police left as there were no other issues.
10/27 - Police went to a motel on Spokane Way where it was reported that a woman had entered a guest room and allegedly assaulted an employee cleaning it. The employee explained that the woman, whom she said she didn’t know but a coworker was able to identify, entered the room and began punching and kicking her, prompting her to fight back and yell for help before a man came and helped her. She went to the hospital to be checked for a concussion as she felt dizzy. A man and woman had been seen by another guest leaving the area toward an alleyway. Police spoke to the man at his residence who said he had gone to the motel with his girlfriend and saw her enter the room, but he didn’t know she was going to fight the employee. He denied knowing where his girlfriend was when police spoke with him, but didn’t allow them to search his residence for her or provide any further details about her. Police also spoke to the father of the woman’s children but she wasn’t at his home either. Security footage showed the woman and her boyfriend walk to the motel where the woman entered the room for about one minute and 20 seconds. The man entered the room, then both of them walked away. The next day, the woman called to tell police where they could contact her. She was arrested and admitted to the assault, police reported. She told police she assaulted the employee because she had been talking to her “baby daddy” and messaging her as well. While being taken to jail, the officer’s report notes, the woman was laughing and saying that she was glad she had assaulted the employee. The woman faces charges for burglary and assault.
- A Roosevelt Drive resident wanted an incident documented in which her vehicle had white marks and small scratches on it. The marks rubbed off with enough pressure applied. It was unclear what caused the marks as there wasn’t further damage.
10/28 - Grand Coulee Dam security requested an officer respond to Washington Flats in Coulee Dam where three deer carcasses had been placed. One was on a board that was bloody where it clearly had been gutted and skinned. The other two were in white trash bags. No heads or antlers were there. The deer were of a smaller size. Police left a message with Washington State Fish & Wildlife regarding the situation.

10/28 - Police went to the school where there was an “out of control” student. A tribal officer handled the situation and the Coulee Dam officer stood by until the student was released to family members.
10/29 - A report was filed for disorderly conduct on Cedar Street with no further information included as to the circumstances.
10/30 - A report was filed for damage/vandalism/mischief on 4th Street in Electric City with no further information included as to the circumstances.
- A Coulee Dam officer assisted Grand Coulee Police in responding to Wheatland Bank in Grand Coulee on a report of a suspicious person. The “suspicious person” turned out to be a painting crew with permission to paint there after hours.
10/31 - At about 5:30 a.m., police responded to a Central Drive address on the report of a possible burglary in progress. Police found an intoxicated man who had gone to the wrong residence. He was given a ride home.
- Police called a tow company to remove a vehicle on Camas Street. The owner arrived before the tow truck. He paid the fee when the truck arrived and the owner moved the vehicle.
- A dog was running loose in the Pine Street area but the owners were contacted and retrieved the dog before police were needed.
11/1 - Security footage from the gas station in Coulee Dam showed two people walk up to the gas station from the direction of Stevens Avenue, with one holding a large landscaping brick, hand it to the other person who threw it into one of the glass front doors, and use their foot to open the door. The pair then ran inside to the alcohol section, opened the refrigerator causing a basket to fall, gathered alcohol items from the basket and several cases of beer, including one case of Budweiser, two cases of Bud Light, and a case of Coors Banquet. The pair then seemed to take off on Stevens Avenue. There was a trail of Budweisers leading down Stevens Avenue, and a case had been discarded near a dumpster. There wasn’t enough information at the time of the report to identify the suspects, who would face the charges of burglary, theft, and malicious mischief. The alcohol was valued at around $70 and the cost to repair the door at about $750.
- Police responded to Miller Place in Electric City where a strobing light was reported. Police found the residence to be secure.
- A suspicious person on Western Avenue turned out to be a neighborhood resident looking for their dog.
- Police were told about security cameras being out on Coulee Boulevard but were told by the owners that the cameras were out due to a power outage in the area.
11/3 - A man reported that sometime between Friday night and Sunday morning his 1994 Honda Accord had been stolen from his driveway on Tulip Street. The man had no idea who might have stolen the vehicle. Police entered it into the system as stolen.
