NOTICE TO

ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Nespelem School District No. 14 is seeking qualified AE firms with demonstrated experience in small, rural school districts in K-12 school design, construction, bond planning, study & survey development, State School Construction Assistance Program, etc. The district is interested in building a CTE building. Interested parties please submit qualifications and references to Effie Dean, Superintendent, Nespelem School District, P.O. Box 291, Nespelem, WA 99115, edean@nsdeagles.org so as to be received not later than January 24, 2025.

Interested firms should submit a letter of interest with a Statement of Qualifications including: 1) the firm's experience with budget and cost control; 2) a listing of recently completed work on similar type and size projects (small, rural school districts under 500 FTE located greater than 50 miles from Spokane) that demonstrate the firm’s capabilities including contact information of the client for each project; 3) profiles of key personnel who will be involved in the design work; 4) a statement of current workload; and 5) any additional information would be useful in evaluating the firm's qualifications . If a firm intends to undertake the project jointly with another firm or by the use of consultants, please include information on the other known firms to be used. Selections for interviews will be based on qualifications submitted.
