3/19 - A Coulee Dam officer assisted Grand Coulee police in responding to a report of an intoxicated man attempting to get into cars at a gas station on Midway Avenue in Grand Coulee. The man was getting into the faces of police officers and so was put in wrist restraints, which he allegedly resisted to some extent. His demeanor would fluctuate between wanting to fight to saying he loved the officers. He was going to be taken to the Grant County Jail for disorderly conduct, but was taken to the hospital for heart issues first. The Coulee Dam officer stood by at the hospital until his shift ended. The Coulee Dam report doesn’t state whether the transfer to jail was completed.
3/20 - An officer collected details about a Coulee Dam woman attempting to get her ex-boyfriend to get his belongings, and the woman feeling that she or her property could be in danger because of the situation. The officer explained that police could do a civil standby while the ex collected his things and provided other helpful information.
3/21 - A report was filed related to a dangerous animal on Stevens Avenue in Electric City, with further details unavailable.
3/22 - A Coulee Dam officer was asked by the Washington State Patrol to check on a state trooper who wasn’t responding while performing a traffic stop on SR-174 near milepost 19. The trooper responded shortly after the Coulee Dam officer began to respond and everything was fine.
